FAA Oklahoma City Discrimination Complaint Deadline Approaching — Complaints Should be Filed by April 24, 2026

Any person who was part of the FAA class action now has the opportunity to file an individual complaint of discrimination regarding any action that was part of the class action. To be safest, we recommend that you file a discrimination complaint on or before April 24, 2026. Learn more about the process on our website by clicking here.

Our law firm will host three Information Sessions to answer frequently asked questions about the EEOC’s order decertifying the class action and the current opportunity to file individual discrimination complaints. DoDEA Claim Forms Due by December 9, 2024

Claim Forms for the DoDEA Class Action Settlement have been issued by DoDEA. In order to receive a monetary award under the Settlement, a Claim Form must be submitted by December 9, 2024. For more information or to download the Claim Form, please visit the DoDEA Class Action page.

SSA Class Settlement Approved!

The EEOC has granted final approval to the settlement agreement in the SSA Class Action that covers 2003-2023. A settlement fund of $22.7 Million will be established, and SSA is required to provide reporting on employee award payments at SSA HQ for two years.
