Alexis Pozonsky

Alexis Pozonsky is an Associate Attorney with the Washington, D.C. office of Kator, Parks, Weiser & Wright, PLLC. She is a member of the District of Columbia bar and the District of D.C. bar. Prior to joining the firm, Alexis served as judicial law clerk in the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Maryland.

Ms. Pozonsky is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School. During law school, Ms. Pozonsky served as a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and research assistant to Professor Todd Peterson. She co-founded a student advocacy group dedicated to holding corporations accountable for violating workers’ rights and was a key participant in the revitalization of the law school’s public interest program. While in law school, Ms. Pozonsky interned with the United States Office of Special Counsel’s Investigation and Prosecution Division, Public Citizen, and Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington. She also served as a Student Attorney in GW Law’s Public Justice Advocacy Clinic where she represented low-income clients in unemployment compensation matters. For her efforts in law school, she received the Pro Bono Service Award and the Dean’s Recognition for Professional Development. 

Ms. Pozonsky graduated with Honors from Drexel University where she majored in International Area Studies with a minor in Spanish. She was a Dean’s Scholar and a Theatre Performance Scholarship recipient.

In her spare time, Ms. Pozonsky is the lead singer in a rock and roll cover band, Lex Loco, with several other attorneys in the D.C. area.
