David Hart is an Attorney with the Washington, D.C. office of Kator, Parks, Weiser & Harris, P.L.L.C.

Mr. Hart first joined the firm as a Law Clerk in January 2016 and returned as an Attorney in September 2017.  Previously, he served as a Law Clerk with the U.S. Office of Special Counsel, an independent agency that protects federal employees from whistleblower retaliation and other prohibited personnel practices.

Mr. Hart graduated from The George Washington University Law School with honors in May 2017.  In law school, Mr. Hart served as an editor for The Federal Circuit Bar Journal; was a member of both the mock trial and moot court boards; and actively participated in the school’s Student Bar Association.  Prior to law school, Mr. Hart graduated cum laude from Saint John’s University with a B.A. in History.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Hart acquired extensive experience in civil rights advocacy.  As a law student, he completed nearly 1000 hours of pro bono work and was elected Co-President of the LGBT law student group Lambda Law.  Mr. Hart also participated as a Student Attorney in the D.C. Law Students in Court program where he represented indigent clients in landlord-tenant disputes and litigation.

Mr. Hart is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia.  He is also a member of the the Maryland State Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, and the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association.
