Mr. Weiser graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1982 (with highest honors, special honors in Plan II, Phi Beta Kappa). He received his law degree from Yale Law School in 1986, where he was Senior Editor of the Yale Law and Policy Review.

Mr. Weiser was Assistant General Counsel to Governor Ann Richards. He has also worked with the Washington Lawyers Committee and served as a law clerk to Judge William Wayne Justice (E.D. Texas). His practice includes a wide range of employment issues: sexual harassment; discrimination based on race, sex, age, or disability; Family Medical Leave Act claims; litigation of whistleblower retaliation claims and adverse action appeals before the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board; and litigation of federal employee discrimination claims before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Mr. Weiser is active in the National Employment Lawyers Association, and authored a NELA amicus brief relating the FMLA rights. He was recently selected to join the Texas Bar Foundation.
