The Class Advisory Board and Class Counsel are holding informational meetings for class members in the case of Burden v. Barnhart to update class members on monetary payments, progress of the Class Advisory Board and the Oversight Committee, panel monitoring opportunities and other elements of the Settlement Agreement. Class Counsel, and members of the Class Advisory Board and the Oversight Committee will be present.
