MISSION: To assist and support African American males at the Social Security Administration headquarters in their quest to eliminate discriminatory practices and ensure equal employment and advancement opportunities by being their advocates before the Oversight Committee and the EEOC Administrative Judge.
GOAL:
1. To be available and accessible to all class members.
2. To address any work related concerns where discrimination
is identified.
3. To serve as your advocate before the Oversight Committee
and the Administrative Judge, and to offer guidance regarding other processes
assigned to address discrimination issues.
4. To offer advice and guidance in identifying career opportunities.
