The firm
has substantial experience in litigating complaints of sexual harassment
in the workplace, particularly with respect to federal employees. Federal
law prohibits sexual harassment in the workplace, including both hostile
work environment and quid pro quo sexual harassment. Federal employees
can raise complaints of sexual harassment before the EEOC or, after properly
initiating an administrative claim, they may request a jury trial in federal
court.
