EEOC

The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission hears discrimination complaints from employees under the Civil Rights laws including Title VII, the Equal Pay Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act. We represent federal employees nationwide in their federal-sector discrimination complaints, both individually and on a class-wide basis, before the EEOC at the administrative hearing stage, on appeal to the Office of Federal Operations, and to the full Commission for review. We also litigate employees’ discrimination claims in federal and state courts.

KATOR, PARKS, WEISER & HARRIS attorneys are experienced in litigating race, sex, disability, religion and national origin discrimination claims before the EEOC.
