The United States Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) hears appeals from federal employees regarding many aspects of their employment relationship, including disciplinary actions, whistleblowing and performance-related actions. We represent employees nationwide in their appeals to the MSPB at the initial administrative hearing stage, throughout the administrative discovery process, and, if necessary, on appeal to the full Board. In addition, we represent employees in petitions for review of unfavorable MSPB decisions to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Our firm's attorneys have extensive experience practicing before the MSPB. Michael Kator has been litigating cases before the MSPB since the Board's inception in 1981. Before she joined the firm, Jessica Parks represented a federal agency before the MSPB as an attorney for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and later served as an administrative judge in the Atlanta Regional Office of the MSPB. From 1990-1995, Ms. Parks served as Vice Chair and Board Member of the Merit Systems Protection Board.
