Adam Casner

Adam Casner is an Attorney with the Austin, Texas office of Kator, Parks & Weiser, P.L.L.C.  Mr. Casner joined the firm as a law clerk following completion of law school in 2010 and has continued on to become a Litigation Fellow associate in May, 2011.  In his time with the firm Mr. Casner has worked on individual and class action employment cases, and has participated in several mediations, involving both private and federal sector employees.

Mr. Casner is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law.  During law school Mr. Casner was a participant in the in house Moot Court Competition as well as an active member in the Public Interest Law Society and International Law Society.  While in law school, Mr. Casner served as Research Assistant to Rice Distinguished professor Raj Bhala, and his memoranda are included in professor Bhala’s textbooks: International Trade Law; and Understanding Islamic Law.

Mr. Casner graduated from the University of Texas at Austin where he majored in Italian and Economics.  As President of Delta Upsilon fraternity, he participated in various charitable events; in particular, he promoted the organization’s annual “Run to Dallas” to generate substantial funds for the American Red Cross and the victims of 9/11.

Currently Mr. Casner is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and is a member of the Texas Bar Association.
